All 6 subjects feature IAs, with varying requirements for each individual subject ranging from 3 separate commentaries for Economics, to single report components for the Sciences and Maths.Extended Essay (EE)
The Extended Essay (EE) is a 4000-word report written on a subject of your choice, presented in the style of a research paper and requiring intensive data collection and report writing skills. An EE is a year-long process involving initial proposals, 2-3 drafts with data collection, culminating in a final submission 6 months before the IBDP.
